IF YOU HAVE A POEM WHICH YOU LOVE, THAT IT DON'T REMAINS ONLY
YOUR !

In the fog, in the sun, in the rain
metro, plane or train
if you have a poem which you love
write it, print it, photocopy it on a card
and give it to the person who sit close to you or pass beside
you'll be less alone
and the others will smile to you at the streetcorners of the universe

POETRY IN THE SUN
POEMS ON THE SKIN

If you want poetry in the sun write down a poem
and / or read a poem for

you and whoever you want.
If you want a poem on the skin, you can have it tattooed,
really or symbolically, according to the modern fashion or
the ancient Japanese tradition.
Or you can choose one of your or my poems, in your, my,
or different language, and ask me how is possible to print
it on a white T-shirt and you
can wear it as a message for yourself and / or other people

WHERE DO THE CHILDREN PLAY?

Well I think it's fine building Jumbo planes,
or taking a ride a on a cosmic train, switch on
summer from a slot machine, yes get what you
want to, if you want, 'cause you can get anything.
I know we've come a long way, we're changing day to day
but tell me, where d' th' ch'ldr'n play.

Well you roll on roads where fresh green grass,
for your lorry loads pumping petrol gas, and you
make them long and you make them tough, but they
just go on and on, and it seems that you can't
get off. Oh. I know we've come a long way,
We're changing day to day, but tell me where
d' th' ch'ldr'n play.
Well you have cracked the sky, scrapers fill the air,
but will you keep on building higher 'til there's
no more room up there. Will you make us laugh,
will you make us cry, will you tell us where to live,
Will you tell us when to die. I know we have come a long
way, we' re changing day to day. But tell me,
where d' th' ch'ldr'n play.

Cat Stevens

FATHER AND SON

F. It`s not time to make a change, just relax
take it easy, you're still young that's your
fault there's so much you have to know. Find
a girl settle down, if you want you can marry
look at me, I am old but I'm happy.
I was once like you are now, and I know that
it's not easy to be calm when you've found
something going on, but take your time, think
a lot, why think of everything you've got,
For you will still be here to morrow but our
dreams may not.
S. How can I try to explain, 'cause when I do
he turns away again. It's always been the same
same old story. From the moment I could talk
I was ordered to listen, now there's a way and
I know that I have to go. Away, know, I have
to go.

F. It's not time
to make a change,
just sit down take
it slowly, you're
still young that's
your fault, there's so much you have to know. Find
a girl settle down, if you want you can marry
look at me, I am old but I'm happy.

S. Away away away,
I know I have to
make this decision
alone.

S. All the times
that I have cried
keeping all the
things I knew inside
it's hard, but it's
harder to ignore it. If they were right I'd agree
but it's them they know not me now there's a way,
and I know that I have to go away, I know I have to go.

F. Stay stay stay,
why must you go and
make this decision
alone?

Poem sent from Claire Winstone

Here is one that was/is very important to my own healing process:

Conception

I was dancing--
pure light
formless consciousness

when you called me--
by the power of your intention--
with the song of your desire,
in the intensity of your passion--
you called me
and tentacles of your sending
shot through timeless space--
found me
and I sent back
a joyful "yes!"
and the universe changed--
a new frequency began to hum

And I was there--
in those most tender moments
and most ecstatic

and you knew, mama, in that way you have
of knowing,
and I whispered my name to you . . .

And you smiled . . .

a maxim

"A creature with a big enough head to make a contract
should have the sense to make one it can keep."

I truely believe that we are god,
That we create each other and reality,
And the meaning that we find in life
We share with all the gods around us.
All in one.

A FRIEND IS A TREASURE

A friend is someone we turn to
When our spirits need a lift,
A friend is someone we treasure
For our friendship is a gift,
A friend is someone who fills our lives
With beauty, joy, and grace
And makes the world we live in
A better and happier place.

Blue bird, blue bird, through my window
Blue bird, blue bird, through my window
Blue bird, blue bird, through my window

Oh Jonny aren't you tired?

Tap a little girl on her shoulder
Tap a little girl on her shoulder

Oh Jonny aren't you tired?

Tap a little boy on his shoulder
Tap a little boy on his shoulder

I love you
You love me
We are happy family
With a great big hug
and a kiss from me to you
Won't you say you love me too
