Biography

Terenzio Formenti was born in Bagolino on the 26th of March 1923.
In 1945 he graduated in Chemistry and worked in that field until 1972,
when he founded the " Single, Couple, Groups Centre ", for which he is
presently still working as a psychologist and psychodramatist.
Because of his profession and as a person who recognizes the
importance of dreams, images, nature, life, it was during a seminary
on corporeal and emotional communication that he gave life to his
first poetical expression as a presentation of himself, namely " I am
the rainbow of the night ".
In 1986 he published his first collection of poems "Poems born in the
Summer" followed in 1987 by "Poems brought by the wind", in 1988 by
"Kites", in 1989 by "Leaves in the wind" and in 1990 by "Love and
poetry".

" I am the rainbow of the night , born from darkness in this night of
magic - you will ask me what my colours are -Close your eyes and you
will see them- ".

Drops of dew happiness distilled and born as free association from the
book: "Thus I see you, woman",
"Así te veo Mujer" of the Columbian poet:
Rafael. G. Hernández M. <pgrupo@epm.net.co>

- 101 cultivating in the love situations not only the sense of the
precariousness and the escaping moment, but also that one of the
permanence and the eternal one.
- 102 cultivating the sense of eternal but also the authenticity and
the significance of a yesterday, today, tomorrow
- 103 Trying also to experiment that what can means to breathe myself
and with myself, breathing the other, and/or breathing with him/her
- 104 playing with the proximity to the others and a distance from
the others remembering that also they have need to play to hide and
seek with us
- 105 asking ourselves, in the couple, the friendship and the
important situations, that what can mean the word "we", and to feel
which emotions were born
- 106 doing of our taste or sense of the savour, a " landscape of the
savours ", playing to give one to the persons, things, situations
- 107 Living the encounter like a re-encounter, every time new , every
time magical
- 108 discovering for game the scent and the odour of the other and
to continue to play in the reality and the fantasy with the olfactory
landscape born from the encounter
- 109 asking ourselves that what means the name of the other and what
we feel pronouncing it
- 110 asking ourselves what specific sensation we feel when we are
called for name from the others, and specifically from " that other "
- 111 the alternation of the truths and the magic of every day
generates and re-generates the surprise of the encounter if we are
attentive and curious to the mystery and the mysteries that
continuously show themselves in the life of everyone of us
- 112 paying attention to the gift that we can receive in
the encounter with the other, and to that which can receive the
others in the encounter with us
- 113 having present that a communication is more meaningful as how
much stimulates more us to play with the nearness and the distances,
of whichever type these are
- 114 learning to caress "the life" and to let be caressed from her
- 115 it is important to cultivate the sense of the embracing of the
things and the situations that speak to us of the loved person
- 116 finding the ability of creating, re-creating, and living day
after day, the need of the mutual companionship with the loved person
- 117 paying attention so that the habit does not makes flat the
beautiful things that belong to us -
- 118 perhaps the love feed on magic, dream, fortune, but also on
much patience and tenacity
- 119 nourishing the life of encounters lived in the more possible
magical way
- 120 is not only important the magic that the others do , but also
those that "we" can do.
- 121 the others are a magical mirror in which reflecting him /
herself with, not only opened, but also sometimes, closed and dreamy
eyes
- 122 living passionately, intensely and with fantasy also the "in-
lusions".
- 123 with little or much creativity the "de-lusions can be lived
also as launch springboard towards other new and wonderful in-lusions
- 124 loving, perhaps, is also to leave that the others travel in our
body and in our mind as wanderers urchins in search of them selves
- 125 loving is also to feel ourselves taken and surprised from the
mystery of the other and not to try too much of wanting to understand
- 126 loving is also not to throw away a thing or a beautiful person
in order to prevent the fear of losing him / her or being left
- 127 loving is also perhaps to accept and to hold within us
who we are, and perhaps sometimes, also what may be painful
- 128 we meet the others for mirroring ourselves in him / her, but
what space we leave to the other for the same eventual need
- 129 perhaps it is not always important to save energies
and emotions, we can also intensely live it. We still don't know
the dynamics of the couple of forces "instant and eternal"
- 130 In the couple everyone can do pleasant shadow to the other. In
the eclipse also the moon can darken the sun, but it does not have
convenience to insist too much
- 131 loving is to ride the tiger of the uncertainty on the "how" and
the "why" of the life
- 132 loving can mean also to be able to suffer for the empty that
can derive from the absences of the other and the separations from the
other
- 133 a good play of the life can be that one learn to converse
with the persons through the things and with the things through
the persons
- 134 meeting a person that I feel renders me present in my spaces
- 135 the couple is perhaps also the encounter of an "I" and an "you"
well identified, In a " we-others ".
- 136 asking ourselves in fact how much can be important
that the other's presence be also a presence of an "other".
- 137 why the truth can be accepted naked must at least be dressed of
love and magic
- 138 why there may be the communication between two persons, nobody
of them must specialise him / her self only putting questions or only
giving answers
- 139 it take part to the love also the sense of melancholy, fear,
nostalgia, sadness and not only that one of appeal to, joy, happiness
- 140 being air also for the other. Breathing him / her and allow
that the other breaths us
- 141 for loving ourselves one must be there, is not enough to have,
not enough to do
- 142 the hope must be alive, almost since the person is alive
- 143 loving is not only mirror and hall of mirrors, but also echo and
echo-valley
- 144 to a communication of love may also taking part " The feast of
the eternal "
- 145 in the dreams world the near and the far, the past and the
future take part to an eternal present
- 146 if we listen the nature in the deep sense we feel that all take
part to the rite of the love
- 147 the "en-chantement" and the magic of the falling in love ask not
only to be remembered but also a research of renewing it day by day
- 148 In the love we meet at least a drop of mystery always to veil,
re-veal, disclose

reject with "healthy" anger
- 232 living as harmony also a snowflake that falls in the fire of a
volcano
- 233 also a freedom can pass through the torments of the dependency
- 234 also with a porcupine we can converse if we lower the
defences of the logic
- 235 accompanying the wind that caress the blades of grass of the
meadow

we to enjoy with them, perhaps, we will be less alone

seagull, it is important know it, accept it, and if possible, add our
touch of magic
- 244 there is a loneliness which is fullness and an other which is
anguish, we can share the first with the seagull that flies high in
the sky; we can commit the second to him for scattering it on the
ocean, both are a couple of forces
- 245 realising that are many the things, the situations and the
persons that we can temper with the colours of the rainbow if we try
to invent it

easy, to pick the white on the white and the black one on the black
is magic
- 258 beying always attentive to the child who within us tends to
discover the world
- 259 to make of the present the place of realisation of the child's
dreams
- 260 to remember ourselves to keep company to our shadow, so that our
shadow keeps company to us
- 261 to converse with the stars does not mean to have the head among
the clouds
- 262 every birch is born to spring from the white mantle of snow,
and of it maintains the traces on its trunk... And we?
- 263 to be like the wind that never stops to play
- 264 to caress with the eyes what is beautiful around us
- 265 to walk with the others a path of light
- 266 breathing, when possible, sun, love, fire
- 267 to breathe with the universe because a man and a woman were
beside us before we were born
- 268 I am breeze, I am wind, I am voice of the torrent, I can
always play a new game
- 269 there is always a curious child who within and outside of us
watches us
- 270 capturing notes from the harmony of the silence
- 271 accepting to astonish and to be astonished
- 272 to search the cradle and the gondola present in every scythe of

squeaks in the wind
- 276 listening with astonishment "the things that speak to us"
without having the impression to be ever stupid, or foolish
- 277 to be breeze in our dreams, and sometimes, also in the dreams of
the others
- 278 every freedom comes from a liaison, every liaison can help us to
invent a freedom
- 279 to be an ignited candle that illuminates a dark night
- 280 capturing, even in imagination only, the smells dissolved in the
wind

Drops of dew happiness distilled and born as free association from the
book: " Of loneliness and love ", " De soledad y amor " of Juan
Baladán Gadea

- 281 knowing how to entrust him/herself to the hands of the other
and to be able to offer to the others hands to which they can entrust
themselves
- 282 living intensely also the truth of the unreal
-283 trying to be, for whom beside us that go towards "tomorrow", the
stone of the path and isle of birds and flowers
- 284 in the mists of time and the distance to return to be children
- 285 living the eternal present of a tomorrow that was yesterday
and feeling it as such
- 286 also we, are like water which flows and flows, wayfarers in
search of a sea
- 287 being river, sating myself of birds and dreams, to cradle the
moon, to sleep with the stars
- 288 travelling with the untiring stars that travel , as travels the
world with which I travel
- 289 ... and the life will burn for me until shall arrive the day
when, I knot, will return to the silence, to the clay, to the first
breath
- 290 loving you is also... leaning out myself without fear toward
tomorrow's abyss
- 291 crossing the time's borders even if with torn.voice
- 292 Every Saturday's night is equal to many Saturday's nights but
may also be very different
- 293 When the prairies vanish into the blue and into the distance,
there is always a road that leads to them
- 294 playing with the light and shadows that enter with the sun in
our house
- 295 asking ourselves what space we give to another who smiling
enters in our loneliness
- 296 why in front of a " fire that burns ", instead of enjoying the
heat and nourish him, we often ask ourselves: - but how much will it
lasts?
- 297 perhaps that which renders elusive the love is his unique
dying and living again constantly
- 298 the voice of the other does not reach me when he/she calls me,
but when I listen to him / her
- 299 going on the paths of the life can be also to walk on the sand
without goal in search of dreams and illusions lost in the sea's foam
- 300 penetrating the horizon and see and watch beyond
- 301 appointing the other is inventing him/her as light which
illuminates our conscience
- 302 for them that knows to watch, to hear and to feel, "all" plays
around us: the lake, the wave, the wind, the beach, the skin of the
evening. An unexpected playing, circular, infinite
- 303 sleeping can be also to remember the stars that tired, among the
trees far away sleep
- 304 caressing the things, speaking with them, doing that
the things speak with us. The life, perhaps, is also that.
- 305 is beautiful sometimes to dream a sea far away and that foreign
port which we perhaps did not know never.
- 306 the man is also a seagull, mysterious and white, on search of
himself, that designs in the wind unknown, invented, transparent
paths
- 307 also the stars, like girls in love , plays to invent
constellations and to furtively seeing themselves in the great mirror
of the universe
- 308 how many things we know that go beyond the words!
- 309 playing to capture dreams, stealing to them colourful petals,
inventing words, dramas and poems
- 310 believing in the flower, the seed, the book, but also and above
all in the wo/man
- 311 playing with the children and like them to invent the present
and the future
- 312 the sea invites me playing to return to being child... and
dreaming, I let rock me from him
- 313 the night plays with dreams and wishes, awakes stars that spark
far away... and call me... call me...
- 314 searching between cliffs and waves some table or piece of sail
or the compass of the ship lost in the abyss.
- 315 to wait feeding the dreams, grinding days and years.
- 316 sometimes is possible to save ourselves only living every day
in the tomorrow helping each one mutually to gain the anguish and the
oblivion.
- 317 infinite can be the friends if limitless is the hope.
- 318 like a stone that the river rolls towards the sea (and with
his hands of vegetal water rounds, caress, protects) I roll you and
you accompany me, I hold you between my hands of dreamer artist, I
mould you and you transform me, without haste, going... going...
- 319 sometimes my words become light like the wind, in silence they
caress you and play to ruffle your hairs

Drops of dew happiness carried from the wind.
by Terenzio Formenti

- 320 have we still thought that from the word's stupor can be born
the stupid and the stunned one?
- 321 have we tried to discover that beyond the knowledge as taste
it could be also the knowledge as astonishment? And perhaps, also the
knowledge as game?
- 322 who only dreams during the night, risks never see the things
that they who dream also during the day do
- 323 perhaps it is necessary to put a little of chaos within us for
being able to see a dancing star
- 324 it seems to us to meet every day obvious things and persons, it
may be useful interrogate ourselves if it is possible " to play
seriously " also with them
- 325 yesterday is history, to morrow it is mystery. "The today" is a
gift. Perhaps for that is called present (Sandra Monroy)
- 326 the time, perhaps, is not made in order to be killed
- 327 there are infinite ways for saying " Hello ". They are all
meaningful ones if they make to feel us alive
- 328 perhaps the infinite has been invented on purpose of having
place and time available for fantasise every day
- 329 often we want that the others are perfect, at least how much we
believe of being so. But we estimate the risks that we would run ?
- 330 living is also: to veil, to re-veil and to reveal ourselves to
others, and perhaps to the entire universe
- 331 perhaps the dew of the morning gives to whom are able to like
it, the laughter and the plays of the gnomes and the elves of the
night
- 332 with the light, the darkness and the colours is possible to
invent many plays and also, perhaps, a little of gladness
- 333 perhaps the possible happiness consists in knowing to give an
answer to the "if" and to the "but" of the life or in succeeding in
not searching any answer
- 334 learning to thank the others and also ourselves for how we are
and for what we do
- 335 is non necessary to worry to invent the world, but is better
not renounce to do it when it comes
- 336 inventing the present, at least when it is possible, as time and
space of the astonishment and the wonder
- 337 looking oneself in the mirror, in the truth or in the
imagination, for seeing our face reflected in ours pupils
- 338 can be a good play to ask oneself like the other sees
his/her face reflected in ours pupils
- 339 seeing our face reflected in the pupils of the other
- 340 ask ourselves if a long sigh may be a breath more or the fruit
of a breathing with economy
- 341 opening oneself to the others, at least sometime, also when it
seems that the situation may be not interesting for us
- playing to ask ourselves if satisfying always the others may be
altruism, selfishness or self-destruction
- 343 to accept the risk of finding ourselves for losing ourselves
may be truth, to lose ourselves for finding ourselves can be magic
- 344 not worrying too much to learn all so that may rests always
something to invent
- 345 why to emphasise to the other mostly or only its defects and
errors, when we expect that they do exactly the contrary
- 346 flying, necessarily, does not means to stop of remaining with
the feet on the earth
- 347 for flying, with imagination, do not serve the parachutist
licence
- 348 if we forgets things and/or persons already known and met, no
problem, you will have therefore the fortune to make "new
acquaintances"
- 349 if you have "run-down batteries" remember that for starting
again you can perhaps ask to the others a bit of energy
- 350 if the things go well is better to insert some change, it could
be an assurance against the risks of the boredom
- 351 the possible one passes also through the impossible one. An
example: to be healthy like a fish
- 352 to face, sometimes with curiosity, the wonderful and terrifying
abyss that joins and separates truth and dream, prose and poetry
- 353 to experience in the truth the difference between laughing and "
to laugh in order not to cry "
- 354 to verify in the truth the difference between singing and "not
crying"
- 355 we can learn the meant of the word freedom also from the little
bird in the cage that " if it does not sing for love, sings for anger
", but it sings
- 356 often the laughing gets confused with the crying: if it prevails
the second we will see a grin, if the first prevails we will have " a
laughing until the tears "
- 357 healing the others and healing themselves is not to dismantle a
sick person for repairing him / her.
- 358 fortunately to please to ourselves and to appeal to the others
not necessarily means to be beautiful
- 359 for being happy can be important to accept of being so and also
and more simply... notice of being so
- 360 the love and the happiness nourish themselves of sun,
astonishment and infinite
- 361 sun love and happiness nourish themselves of sun, astonishment
and infinite , but also of clouds, rain, dew and sometimes also of
hail. But in this case, it is important to find a defence
- 362 the love and the happiness are not fruits to pick, but with
which to mature jointly
- 363 the astonishment does so that the love cannot become habit
- 364 we say - happy or unhappy, provided that be love -, but everyone
hopes that his / her be an happy love
- 365 to point out to the other the beautiful things that is, has and
is doing, is a wonderful gift for him / her
- 365 +1 At the dawn of every new day, blades of light wake up fire-
flies in love sleeping in dew drops... perhaps are the our!

FROM THE DEW ALSO THE DESERT BLOOMS... A ROSE
In the night of the times a dew drop carried from the wind arrived in
sight of the ocean. Seeing many drops it was intimidated and felt
ashamed for its smallness. But the ocean, fallen in love at the first
moment, gave a shell for collecting it in the valves attending that
she, small drop, introduced to the neighbours, asked to play and blend
with them in the harmony of the universe.
